Leadership
Chris brings over a decade of experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access, with a strong background in both the pharmaceutical industry and consulting. Over the past five years, he has built extensive expertise developing IRP simulation models—work that now forms the foundation of SyMAP IRP—and is actively applying this experience to the rapidly evolving MFN sector.
Specializing in intelligent AI toolkits for pharmaceutical pricing and advanced data solutions for strategic market access insight, Chris develops bespoke AI-driven solutions that address complex challenges and deliver real value. With a commitment to purposeful AI integration, these tools are tailored to meet the unique needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
His vision for Symaptics is simple: build AI tools that pricing and market access professionals actually want to use—tools that combine rigorous methodology with transparency and practicality.

Dr Rosemarie Delaney PhD
Strategic Advisor & Collaborator
Rosemarie (Rosie) Delaney brings over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical market access and pricing across pharma, biotech, vaccines, and medical devices. She specialises in global pricing strategy, reimbursement, international reference pricing (IRP), and health technology assessment (HTA), combining academic rigour with commercial and market access expertise to support companies navigating increasingly complex global pricing and policy environments.
Her career spans academia, commercial marketing roles, senior in-house market access and pricing leadership, and independent consultancy at European and global levels, giving her a deep understanding of how pricing and access decisions are shaped, governed, and challenged in practice.
Her recent work has focused on the ex-US implications of emerging US pricing policies, including MFN-style mechanisms and their interaction with international reference pricing systems. Through her collaboration with Symaptics, she applies this experience to guiding real-world pricing and policy decisions, informed by the strategic priorities and governance frameworks of global market access and pricing teams.
